Megan Davis
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)
Hi, I’m Megan! I became a speech-language pathologist because of my love for language, science, and advocating alongside others. My passion for this field began in high school while participating in a mixed special and general education choir, where I saw the power of connection and communication through music. That interest continued to grow in college when I discovered the breadth of communication sciences and disorders and the opportunity to support people across the lifespan.
My clinical experience includes schools (PreK–12), skilled nursing facilities, home health, and private practice settings. I enjoy working with a wide range of communication needs and especially value helping clients and families feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process. Seeing clients and caregivers recognize their own growth is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
I have completed specialized training in childhood apraxia of speech using the Bjorem approach, executive functioning strategies, AAC, PECS, PROMPT, play-based assessment, dual-language learning, and early intervention.
My therapy style is holistic, strengths-based, and highly individualized, with a strong emphasis on family collaboration, functional communication, and building confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills.
