About me

Hello! I'm Tina. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2005. When I was growing up I had Twin Great Uncles who were deaf and my grandmother had a stroke. I was able to watch them and my family learn different ways to communicate and was fascinated by it. I have worked in school setting, home health, and skilled nursing facility. I most recently had a training on LAMP Words for Life (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning). I have also been trained in the PROMPT therapy and The /r/emedy: Vocalic /r/ Remediation Program. I would describe my clinical style as functional, family-centric, and strengths-based.
